  1. Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you promptly.
  2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

    • We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services. Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on your selected shipping method and destination.
    • International shipping times vary based on location, and customs processing may affect delivery times.
  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
  4. Packaging:

    • We take great care to ensure your cards/collectibles are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. For high-value or fragile items, additional protective packaging may be used.
  5. Tracking & Insurance:

    • All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
    • Insurance is available for an additional fee and is recommended for high-value items. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance to your order.
  6. Customs & Duties:

    • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
  7. Lost or Damaged Items:

    • In the rare event that your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and find a satisfactory resolution, including possible replacement or refund.
  8. Returns & Exchanges:

    • Due to the unique nature of collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged in transit or not as described. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.
